KnitWell Group - 202 6 Summer Internship Program CAD/Print & Pattern Intern - Talbots The Print & CAD intern will work with their manager and associates on developing industry CAD skills, greater understanding of the print production cycle, and professional soft skills.
Requirements
- Authentic, curious, and passionate
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to think strategically, conceptually, and creatively
- J unior or senior (Class of 202 6 and 202 7 )
- Resume and portfolio ( portfolios only need ed for Design Applications )
- Available June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and editing new print and pattern , re-work archived prints, alter and digitize vintage fabrics, and create seasonal colorways based on direction from manager.
- Assist Designers on print development by classifications to meet expectations and deadlines.
- Assist in preparation of artwork packages to go to vendors.
- Help with department organization such as file archiving.
- Maintain the layout and flat library.
- Participate in team and cross-functional meetings.
- Develop and increase understanding of Talbots customer.
