About The Position

Set up, understand, and safely & proficiently operate fabrication equipment. Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems. ID and tag shop orders with product. Retrieve/enter data into system. Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts. Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently. Fabricate based on print specifications. Perform daily 5S & participate in Continuous Improvement activities. Rotate to various machines as needed Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered.
• Basic computer skills
• Solid math skills; analytical and reasoning skills
• Able to read, interpret blueprints, and use simple measuring tools
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (eight to twelve hours) and perform repetitious tasks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
