About The Position

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time saw operator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to take measurements by using the decimal system
• Ability to read KI print will be useful
• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Nice To Haves

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Communication skills
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Complete daily, safety inspections of the shear and end finisher
• Cut the correct materials according to the shop orders
• Change blades as necessary
• Change and adjust machines based on tubing diameter and length
• Transport bundles of steel tubing utilizing a hoist system.
• Perform multiple tasks to ISO Quality Standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
