About The Position
Cable Tech 1 Pull cable Assist Tech 2 Run and handle materials Utilize hand/ power tools Climb ladders Layout and install wireway, buss duct, cable tray, switches receptacles and other devices Will build closets (Mount and install backboards, cross connects, racks, patch panels, fiber optic and hardware). Install grounding for racks, equipment and cable as required. Complete all IDC connections (e.g. terminate 110/66 blocks and patch panels). Pulls wire and/or oversees and directs conduit installations and wire pulling. Operates tools/equipment, normally requiring the use of two hands (examples: cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jack hammers, etc.)

- Labor
- Tools: screwdriver (regular and Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips (with belt sheath), pliers (needle nose and channel locks), hammer, cable stripper, flashlight, and gloves.
- Able to lift 40lbs
- Valid drivers license
- Must possess and be proficient with the listed tools
