About The Position

The Cabinet Service Technician / Warranty Specialist I is responsible for servicing, repairing, and adjusting cabinetry in new and existing homes, as well as performing homeowner warranty stops to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in carpentry, cabinetry, finish work, or related trades preferred but not required (will train the right candidate).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Perform service calls and warranty work on installed cabinets, including adjustments, repairs, and replacements.
  • Conduct homeowner warranty stops to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with punch-out lists, final inspections, and quality control.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and field managers to resolve issues effectively.
  • Document all service work completed and report findings to the Field Coordinator and Field Manager.
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and safe condition.
  • Learn and apply cabinet installation techniques, service standards, and warranty processes under supervision.
  • Support senior technicians as needed while growing into next level of service role.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
