Requirements
- You’re a clear, confident communicator—both verbally and in writing

- You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable traveling as needed

Responsibilities
- Conduct New Home Orientations and walk buyers through their new home with confidence and clarity.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on warranty service work to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of trade contractors to ensure quality work and on-time completion.
- Authorize payments after verifying 100% completion and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring warranty trends and communicate opportunities that help improve construction quality long-term.
