Overview The Cabinet Manager is responsible for overseeing all Cabinet team members and supporting the sales team in following the Custom and Cabinet workflows. In addition, this role participates in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees, and approves timecards, administers performance reviews, and applies disciplinary measures as appropriate, all while coaching and developing their employees to be successful at Chadwell Supply.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
  • Financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable customer service order sales and fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory lead time and purchasing concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in 2020 Cabinet Design is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Cabinet team members, data entry systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee the performance and productivity of the Cabinet team.
  • Assists in maintaining business relationships with vendors.
  • Assists in providing training for new team members.
  • Monitor the Cabinet queues – ensuring product is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Review and maintain SOPs for the Cabinet team.
  • Partner with other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes.
  • Conduct One on One meetings weekly with team leadership and quarterly with team members.
  • Conduct Yearly Reviews with Cabinet Leadership.
