About The Position

C-UAS Training Integrator The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. What You’ll Work On: Provide subject matter expertise in the operational training domain focusing on doctrine, training tasks, and exercise support. Assist Army client with understanding training demands based on operational requirements with emergent Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS), non-standard, non-program systems rapidly fielded in response to emergent threat. Assist with analyzing integration of emergent C-UAS capabilities and tactics, techniques and procedures into individual, crew, and collective training to include exercises and culminating training events. Utilize Army Staff processes to coordinate and collaborate across higher headquarters, adjacent commands, and subordinate units. Develop guidelines, strategies, and instructions to ensure current, relevant, and effective C-UAS training. Produce reports, information papers, briefings, and other products to inform Senior Leaders’ decisions and directives. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • Experience with the U.S. military as a senior NCO, WO, or Officer
  • Experience with U.S. Military Training
  • Experience with UAS or C-UAS programs or activities
  • Experience with Exercise Design, Exercise Support, and Scenario Development
  • Experience on a Division Staff or higher
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Full Deployment Operations
  • Experience with the Training Readiness Model (TRM)
  • Experience with Force Modernization and Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM)
  • Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Process
  • Experience as a staff member on Corps staff or higher
  • TS/SCI clearance
