Essential Duties Calls, e-mails and otherwise connects with customers and explain features and merits of A&S backyard offerings and pool services. Present unique designs or product recommendations utilizing professional and persuasive sales techniques. Conducts immediate and scheduled customer follow up, presenting company, marketing, and related sales information. Work cross functionally to ensure consistent customer communications. Develops pricing in accordance with company cost breakdown methodology. Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. Actively pursues networking and developing relationships with related businesses, i.e., landscapers, service dealers, and builders. Identifies new sales prospects and contacts such to establish a positive business relationship for referrals. Assists in the development of marketing efforts using his/her local market and customer knowledge. Assists in the development of sales presentation and collateral materials. Prepares a variety of status reports, as needed, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Self-generates leads through coordination with in-process New pools, Renovation and Aftermarket projects for first time pool covers and other products as required to generate sales. Self-generates leads by reviewing previously constructed New pools, Renovation, Aftermarket and previously provided covers and products to generate remake sales. Runs any other appointments as assigned by manager or through lead manager departments. Process project sales in CRM, scheduling, ordering of materials and other appropriate systems and assist with field measuring, project coordination including questions and troubleshooting as required. This position is considered an in-office role with some travel to customers home. Other projects and duties as assigned. Follows Anthony & Sylvan Pool's policies and procedures. High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years' technical experience in the service industry Pool Cover experience preferred Basic Construction Knowledge Microsoft Office; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Working knowledge of CRM software Valid driver's license Strong Communication Skills Mechanical aptitude & problem solving Excellent organizational skills Results oriented, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication skills Willingness and ability to travel
