About The Position

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing existing Ricoh accounts and identifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on customer retention, revenue growth, and expanding Ricoh’s presence across hardware and service product lines. Operating in a hybrid environment, the specialist engages clients through phone, email, video conferencing, and social media, with clear monthly performance and activity targets. Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within the SMB customer segment using a comprehensive, consultative approach.
  • Maintain proactive communication with existing clients to ensure retention and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct business-to-business outreach through various channels including email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver customer-focused solutions with professional communication and effective objection handling.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for equipment and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
