About The Position

The Buyer is a key member of the EnSight Solutions Purchasing team, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Planning, and Production to procure materials that support efficient, cost‑effective manufacturing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ year using ERP systems (Syteline preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and action‑oriented
• High integrity and continuous improvement mindset
• Team‑focused with the ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders; track due dates and supplier performance
• Monitor inventory levels and material requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Production to identify suppliers and materials
• Manage assigned purchasing categories
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Partner with the Purchasing Manager on cost savings and sourcing initiatives
• Participate in quarterly supplier performance meetings
• Support offsite locations as needed
