Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Buyer within our Procurement & Contract Management Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant procurement of goods and services. This role performs purchase order administration, conducts spot sourcing, resolves purchasing and invoicing exceptions, supports system users, and coordinates with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain efficient, policy-compliant procurement operations. Contributes to process improvements and supports the department’s strategic sourcing and contract management activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain operations, or contract administration
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) procurement systems is preferred
