Position Summary: The Manager, Procurement Buyer position is responsible for the end-to-end procurement process within areas of assigned areas of responsibility. This includes sourcing, negotiations, contract lifecycle management, cost savings initiatives, and purchase order management while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position will provide key support of Ariba systems and processes as needed. About The Clearing House: The Clearing House (TCH) is a banking association and payments company that is owned by the largest commercial banks in the United States.
