Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Previous inventory control experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management tasks, including accurate data entry.
• Process receiving, transfers, special orders, and product tagging.
• Communicate with 10 high‑volume retail locations to provide product estimates and updates.
• Collaborate with multiple third‑party suppliers to submit special orders and custom design requests.
• Stay informed on current jewelry trends and contribute creative ideas.
• Utilize company ERP software to research and track transactions.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
