Requirements

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Previous inventory control experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory management tasks, including accurate data entry.
Process receiving, transfers, special orders, and product tagging.
Communicate with 10 high‑volume retail locations to provide product estimates and updates.
Collaborate with multiple third‑party suppliers to submit special orders and custom design requests.
Stay informed on current jewelry trends and contribute creative ideas.
Utilize company ERP software to research and track transactions.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
