Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a consistently positive, business‑appropriate demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to identify procurement needs and execute purchasing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring vendor acknowledgements, delivery dates, and lead times are properly confirmed and documented.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers to expedite, reschedule, modify, or cancel orders as required to support production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and provide support for inventory‑related analysis and decision‑making.
  • Oversee the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process for product returns.
  • Ensure all procurement‑related data is accurately entered, maintained, and updated within company systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers and contribute to the development and maintenance of strong vendor relationships.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve purchasing‑related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support departmental continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to process refinement and operational efficiency
