About The Position

This role involves acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the products we sell and purchase. The successful candidate will familiarize themselves with organizational roles, place orders based on ERP system requirements as requested, and assist in identifying potential sources. They will manage and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, conformity, and completeness while resolving discrepancies in collaboration with relevant internal and external departments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in procurement and purchasing processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in project management and handling multiple projects or deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as IQMS and Job Boss.
• Buying experience and vendor management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aerospace.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Personable and easy to get along with.
• Ability to physically move parts and set up for vendors.
