About The Position

LS Cable & System USA is seeking an Associate to support the successful execution of electrical busway system projects. This role coordinates project activities, supports cross-functional communication, and helps ensure on-time project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Entry-level candidates welcome (0+ years). Internship/co-op experience in project coordination is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or ERP tools such as SAP is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Bilingual in Korean and English (required).

Nice To Haves

Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of busway systems and power distribution solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing busway system projects from initiation to close-out.
Support project pricing activities and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth project workflow.
Track project schedules, documentation, and action items; escalate issues and risks as needed.
Support communication with clients, contractors, and vendors; organize meetings and provide timely updates.
Coordinate procurement status, manufacturing progress, inventory availability, and site delivery/installation schedules.
Support quality, compliance, and safety requirements; assist with site visits/inspections as needed.
Support project close-out, including final documentation and customer acceptance.
