About The Position
We’re Shack Breakfast & Lunch—a morning crew serving up scratch-made meals with a side of good vibes. In this job role, you are responsible for clearing and re-setting table settings, taking guests’ plates, and maintaining a clean and healthy workplace. Maintaining restrooms throughout the day, assisting servers when needed, and assisting dishwashers when needed. This role does involve customer interaction, and you will be expected to be hospitable, professional, and friendly. All while making our guests feel valued, important, and comfortable. Responsibilities
- Clearing and re-setting table settings
- Taking guests’ plates
- Maintaining a clean and healthy workplace
- Maintaining restrooms throughout the day
- Assisting servers when needed
- Assisting dishwashers when needed
- Preparing the dining room for our guests by cleaning the tables, chairs, booths, and floors to ensure a great initial experience
- Adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- Supporting all aspects of the restaurant
