About The Position
Belles Beach House is seeking Bussers to join our team in Venice Beach. Belles Beach House is a vibrant, beachside restaurant known for its high-energy atmosphere, tropical- inspired menu, and elevated dining experience. Our support team plays a critical role in maintaining the pace and flow of the dining room while ensuring every guest enjoys a polished and welcoming experience. We are looking for bussers who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments, with a strong team-first mindset.
Requirements
- Previous busser, runner, or restaurant support experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume restaurants strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to stay organized during busy services
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout long shifts
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Reset and clean tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
- Assist servers and runners with delivering food and clearing plates
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
- Refill water and assist guests when appropriate
- Stock service stations and maintain supplies throughout service
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service
