Maintains the cleanliness of the entire Clevelander property and supports servers in table maintenance
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.

- High School diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing); stacks and un-stacks chairs, aligns tables
- Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations
- Communicates with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Assists with the removal of dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests are finished
- Runs soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from bus stations to dish wash area throughout shift
- Responsible for cleanliness of trash area and all trash related duties; empties removes and compacts the trash
- Ensures bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins
- Assists in maintaining the appropriate levels of equipment and product in the service stations
- Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
