About The Position

Maintains the cleanliness of the entire Clevelander property and supports servers in table maintenance

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to verbally communicate and take direction
• Ability to multitask in high volume and fast paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail required
• Strong organizational and time management skills required

Responsibilities

• Set up/breakdown and continual maintenance of stations
• Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
• Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next Guest
• Help deliver an exceptional experience
• Make sure the chairs and floors around the tables are clean
• Perform station opening/closing duties each shift
• Restock glassware in service and bar areas
• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate, hear and speak, properly on the radio
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Assist all servers, bartenders, food runners, and managers whenever necessary.
• Complete all assigned closing side work duties.
• Communicates with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Runs soiled dishes, glassware and flatware from bus stations to dish wash area throughout shift
• Responsible for cleanliness of trash area and all trash related duties; empties, removes and compacts trash
• Ensures bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins
• Assists in maintaining the appropriate levels of equipment and product in the service stations
• Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
• Must clock in/out for shift via ADP
• Set up for bottle service at beginning of shift
• Bring out proper bottle service items, mixers, shot glasses, fruit, etc. as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
