Under the direction of the Asst. Manager, the busser is responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleaning appropriate areas, and setting tables to ensure a positive guest experience. This role requires adherence to all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures. The busser must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment while maintaining physical stamina. Key duties include completing all established set-up, stocking, and closing duties on time, clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to procedures, and cleaning areas under and around tables and hutches. The individual must know and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines at all times and demonstrate a courteous, friendly, polite, congenial, and efficient attitude to promote positive guest/employee relations.
