Responsibilities

  • Process transactions, including sales, payment processing, and making change, according to POS and cash handling procedures.
  • Properly and accurately balance the cash drawer daily.
  • Maintains all credit card receipts, room charge receipts, comps, and vouchers with required signatures.
  • Organizes paperwork in an orderly manner.
  • Be knowledgeable of property facilities, services, hours of operation, in-house events, conferences, and amenities to proactively assist guests.
  • May be required to answer the phones in specific restaurants.
  • Provide accurate wait times.
  • Operate POS system.
  • Ensure kiosks are operational and communicate any software or hardware issues to management.
  • Responsible for understanding the functionality of the kiosk.
  • Assist in replenishing kiosks with cash and receipt paper.
  • Responsible for Impress Bank issued while performing external guest and in-house monetary transactions.
  • Prepare paperwork, balance sheets, and documents in accordance with the NJ Gaming Regulations and within the guidelines of Internal Controls.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
