Responsibilities

Process transactions, including sales, payment processing, and making change, according to POS and cash handling procedures.
Properly and accurately balance the cash drawer daily.
Maintains all credit card receipts, room charge receipts, comps, and vouchers with required signatures.
Organizes paperwork in an orderly manner.
Be knowledgeable of property facilities, services, hours of operation, in-house events, conferences, and amenities to proactively assist guests.
May be required to answer the phones in specific restaurants.
Provide accurate wait times.
Operate POS system.
Ensure kiosks are operational and communicate any software or hardware issues to management.
Responsible for understanding the functionality of the kiosk.
Assist in replenishing kiosks with cash and receipt paper.
Responsible for Impress Bank issued while performing external guest and in-house monetary transactions.
Prepare paperwork, balance sheets, and documents in accordance with the NJ Gaming Regulations and within the guidelines of Internal Controls.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
