About The Position

As a Busperson at Public House in Luxor, you’ll be an essential part of the energetic, laid-back atmosphere that makes this venue a favorite gathering spot. By keeping the dining room, beverage station, food pick-up area, and storerooms clean, organized, and fully stocked, you’ll help the service team deliver smooth, seamless hospitality. Your attention to detail behind the scenes helps ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable visit at Public House.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
