About The Position

As a Busperson & Runner for Room Service at Bellagio, you’ll help support a seamless in-room dining experience at one of Las Vegas’ most iconic luxury resorts. By keeping service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked—clearing dishes, replenishing supplies, and assisting with timely food delivery—you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations. Working closely with Food Servers, your attention to detail and teamwork ensure guests enjoy prompt, polished service in the comfort of their rooms.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department
