About The Position

As a Busperson at Yellowtail inside the Bellagio, you play a vital role in preserving the elegance and energy of a world-class dining experience—maintaining pristine dining spaces, fully stocked service areas, and the polished atmosphere that complements innovative Japanese cuisine, rare sakes, and sweeping views of the Bellagio Fountains.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
