About The Position

As a Busperson at the Pool Bar at Vdara, you’ll help support a relaxing, upscale poolside experience at this serene, all-suite resort. By keeping service areas, storerooms, food pickup points, and beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked to established standards, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the day. Your attention to detail and teamwork behind the scenes help create the calm, comfortable atmosphere guests expect while enjoying Vdara’s tranquil pool setting.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1+ years of previous experience as a busser or food runner in a preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
