We are seeking a hands-on Lean leader who is deeply passionate about continuous improvement, coaching others, and driving cultural transformation. As the Business Unit Lean Manager, you will serve as a coach, teacher, facilitator, and strategic thought partner to the Business General Manager and leadership team. This visible role reports directly to the GM with a dotted line to the Chief Lean Officer. You will introduce Lean methods across the organization, guide value stream transformation, lead Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and Kaizen activities, and help cultivate a culture where every employee is empowered to improve processes every day.
