In this role, you will apply a consultative mindset to collaborate with operational leaders and other leaders across the firm to understand their processes, analyze information and facts about their processes, provide guidance on potential enhancements, and drive the successful adoption of changes. Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or in a related field.
Strong analytical problem-solving ability, with a focus on data-driven decision making
Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from team members to executive leadership
Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for thriving in an iterative, fast-evolving environment
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

Leverage AI tools to document and model current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) operational workflows
Identify process gaps, redundancies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
Support standardization of operational processes across teams or functions
Partner with Operations leaders to define meaningful, outcome-driven KPIs aligned to business objectives
Use AI and data analysis tools to identify leading and lagging indicators
Create KPI frameworks, dashboards, and documentation that support ongoing performance tracking
Analyze KPI data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Apply AI-driven analytics to surface insights that may not be immediately visible through traditional analysis
Translate data findings into clear, business-relevant insights for stakeholders
Develop data-backed recommendations to improve operational performance
Quantify potential benefits such as cost savings, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, or scalability
Contribute to business cases and presentations for leadership review
