Description Full-time entry-level Business Systems Specialists I (Business Applications) enjoy the following: Starting wage of $20.15 an hour, negotiable depending on experience Monday through Friday work week In-Office hours of 8-5 every day As a growing company, this position offers room for growth and a hand in companywide creations. Business Systems Specialists I both collaborate and serve the Buying and Executive Departments and also work closely with the IT Department to build a bridge between company programming, system applications, and data that provides Hobby Lobby's internal customers and vendors with the tools needed to be successful. Requirements

Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:

Ability to multitask and pivot between projects as needed.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UI/UX practices.
Combination of 2 + years' work experience or education in related field

Nice To Haves

Experience in working with SQL
Experience using or developing wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows.

Responsibilities

Assess the needs of buyers and collaborate with team members to find innovative solutions.
Act as the Buying Team's liaison with the Information Systems department and outside vendors for system related issues and new system development.
Research, analyze, adapt, and troubleshoot software to enhance internal systems in a culture of continuous improvement.
Perform QA testing on new application development.
Document findings, workflows, and ideas.
Assist in training seminars and product demonstrations to small and large groups.
