About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Manager to join our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI. This role combines business systems management, enterprise software leadership, and IT strategy, offering the opportunity to oversee the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications. As a Business Systems Manager, you will ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise systems. You'll lead a team of Systems Analysts while driving system enhancements, business process automation, and technology solutions that align with organizational goals. You will partner cross-functionally with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver high-performing, secure, and compliant systems that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in business systems management, systems analysis, applications, or IT operations
• 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and mentoring teams
• Expertise in core banking platforms (Fiserv DNA preferred), digital banking systems, and loan origination software
• Strong background in project management, process improvement, and systems integration
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Financial services experience (credit union or banking technology) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Systems Analyst team, driving productivity and professional growth
• Manage the implementation, integration, configuration, and upgrades of systems
• Oversee critical platforms including core banking systems (Fiserv DNA), digital banking (Q2), and loan origination systems (MeridianLink)
• Ensure system performance, uptime, security, compliance, and user experience optimization
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, supporting strategic initiatives and digital transformation
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex system issues and vendor management
• Drive project management execution, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Maintain system documentation, governance, change management, and configuration standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and audit controls
