Role Overview: The Breastfeeding Shop is seeking a Business Systems Manager to improve and maintain our core business systems, including Salesforce and related operational platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on configuration, process optimization, and supporting system enhancements as the business grows. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong systems operator with upward potential who wants to grow into broader architectural leadership over time.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience managing or improving business systems (CRM, ERP, or operational platforms)
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, workflows, reporting, dashboards)
  • Experience supporting system enhancements or smaller-scale redesign initiatives
  • Strong problem solving and execution skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data flow concepts
  • Experience supporting user training and documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating vendors or technical partners preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, DME, eCommerce, or regulated industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day system administration across Salesforce, billing platforms, and website integrations to maintain operational continuity and reporting accuracy
  • Optimize Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Lead smaller-scale system improvement projects
  • Manage integrations and ensure accurate data flow
  • Translate business needs into system requirements
  • Improve documentation and internal system standards
  • Support data quality and reporting accuracy and visibility for leadership
  • Coordinate vendors or technical support resources
  • Assist with system updates and enhancements
  • Develop user documentation and support training initiatives
  • Partner with operations leadership on ongoing system improvements
  • Monitor system performance and recommend incremental improvements.
