This role ensures that core systems effectively support financial and operational processes across the organization. As Business Systems Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge between business operations and technology, partnering with Finance, Construction, and Purchasing teams to improve workflows, enhance data integrity, and drive adoption of system-based solutions. This role requires a balance of business process understanding, systems expertise, project management capability, and strong interpersonal influence.
