The RedPeak Business Systems Coordinator provides cross-functional support across application review, operational compliance, and property management systems. This role ensures policy adherence, legislative compliance, data integrity, and consistent system usage across the portfolio. Requirements

  • Associate's degree required (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in property management, operations, or system support preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer-service oriented and collaborative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel preferred.
  • Experience with property management systems (Yardi preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Review rental applications to determine qualification status in accordance with established company policies and Fair Housing requirements and local laws.
  • Ensure consistent application of screening standards and compliance practices across the portfolio.
  • Complete quarterly application and compliance reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations and Leadership teams to provide insights, recommendations, and process enhancements related to application review and compliance.
  • Provide end-user support for property management systems, including troubleshooting, guidance, and issue resolution.
  • Manage and respond to system support tickets; escalate issues as appropriate to internal teams or external vendors.
  • Identify recurring issues, training gaps, and system inefficiencies through trend analysis and root-cause investigation.
  • Conduct routine system audits and assist with system updates, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain reports, job aids, FAQs, and training documentation to support consistent system usage.
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting operations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support relationships with legal partners and collection agencies, including documentation and coordination as needed.
  • Provide support and reporting on 3rd party vendor partner relationships such as ePremium, ContractSafe, and others.
  • Audit and monitor property-level write-offs and approvals to ensure policy compliance and to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly property audits and document findings, trends, and corrective actions.
  • Assist with special projects, acquisitions/dispositions, administrative tasks, and operational initiatives, including support for internal events and trainings.
  • Provide additional support to property operations teams and RedPeak residents, as needed, to ensure a high level of service.
