Requirements
- 3+ years ERP System Administration experience (NetSuiterequired)
- Experiencewritingworkflows to automate tasks, develop dashboards andcustomize NetSuite
- Strong desireto take ownership of a set of business needs and drive delivery of operational and technical processes to meet these product needs
- Strong domainexpertiseworking with finance and/orProductteamsfrom a tech first perspective
- Understanding ofretailbusinesssoftware & processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration mindset – this is a highly cross-functional role
- A do-what-it-takes attitude
Responsibilities
- Serve as keysupportforNetSuite ,identifyand manage upgrades and enhancements; manage new feature requests andmonitorplatform health
- Develop detailed requirements (business, user, process, system requirements – functional and non-functional) andestablishtraceability to business vision
- Build out documentation of all technical processes across org
- Collaborate on all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing, rollout,iterationand support
- Develop,testand deploycustomizations and new functionality based on changing business needs
- Supportall software/ hardware integrationsincluding Shopify, Joor, SPS Commerce
- ManageEDIvendor set up, testing and support
- Automateand iterate on internal reporting
- Support endusersalongsidethird-partyMSP
- Assistwith onboarding and offboarding
