About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support our telecommunications client. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can push back when necessary and advocate for the best customer experience. The ideal candidate should be a driver capable of gathering and documenting requirements, working with stakeholders, and presenting insights to leadership.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a traditional BA role
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation
Proficiency in JIRA for tracking and managing requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive discussions and influence decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge requests that may not align with the best customer experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting preferred

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented and implemented
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
Use JIRA to track progress and manage requirements efficiently
Present insights and updates to leadership, including quarterly bot pod performance and future plans
Advocate for optimal customer experiences by pushing back on requests that may not align with best practices
Work closely with bot owners and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward
