About The Position

Performs as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions. Performs as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices) Translating business requirements into application requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
  • Understand and interact with related disciplines to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services
  • Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services
  • Experience with managing a budget.
  • Knowledge of Technology Asset Management including IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and ITIL Change Control management
  • Performing business analysis to identify gaps, overlaps, inefficiencies, and risk within existing business processes
  • Create new processes and make recommendations to improve existing
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships
  • Meet schedules and deadlines of the work including timelines for contract creation and renewals
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 3 year(s) of relevant experience or 2 Year College degree and 1 year(s) of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and no year(s) of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential job duties
