The Component Operations Supply Chain IT team is at the forefront of transforming our supply chain through technology. We specialize in implementing and optimizing our Supply Chain ERP solution, a critical backbone for managing everything from procurement to delivery. Our expertise ensures seamless integration of processes, providing real-time visibility and control over our entire supply chain operations. We empower data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational agility. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with a team of skilled engineers and interact with business partners. You will plan, direct, and coordinate central initiatives for the Component Operations Supply Chain IT org.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management or business analysis, experience in software products, SaaS, or cloud backend technologies
  • Experience working with Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proficiency in project management and prioritization
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working across multiple cross-functional programs and teams
  • Prior experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and CX (Customer Experience).
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and planning tools

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary interface between Information Technology and specific business areas, identifying the business's information needs, defining requirements, identifying and evaluating potential solutions, creating project and process specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines and risk.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives using Agile methodologies.
  • Partner with external vendors and service providers to oversee integrations, deliverables, contract obligations, and overall project quality.
  • Adapt and thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments, utilizing new technologies and decision-making.

  • Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
  • Exempt employees participate in Cisco’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
  • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
  • Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
  • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
  • For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies.
