We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team focused on the manufacturing of energy storage systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling data-driven improvements across our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required
  • 2- 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or energy-related environment is required
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) is required
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, ERP) and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and clean energy technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in P&L analysis is a plus
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and understanding of supply chain dynamics in high-tech manufacturing is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, and production) to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new technologies, process changes, and capital investments.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for digital tools and ERP systems.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in energy storage and manufacturing.
