As a Business Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's Technology - Retail Lending Core Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, Texas. As a Business Systems Analyst Sr your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Engage daily with business users to understand goals, workflows; facilitate working sessions and stakeholder reviews - Elicit, analyze, and document requirements (business and functional) with clear acceptance criteria and traceability - Create and maintain requirements artifacts - Set up test data and query data to support analysis, UAT, and production validation - Partner with QA to define test scenarios, coverage, and traceability from story to test case; support UAT signoff - Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements and remove ambiguity - Support CI/CD and release readiness by aligning stories, test results, and evidence; contribute to release notes and cutover plans - Drive defect triage and prioritization with product and QA; ensure quick feedback loops PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes . Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results . Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes . Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
