Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex system issues that impact production.
- Excellent verbal and written skills a must.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to time-sensitive manufacturing issues, and adjust to changing business needs.
- Proven ability to lead.
- Extensive SQL knowledge.
Nice To Haves
- Corrugated Manufacturing Industry experience (particularly with an Amtech Software product)
- Experience supporting and implementing a business system in offsite locations.
- Past history using SQL to generate reports critical to managing the business and diagnosing potential problems.
Responsibilities
- To administrate and support our core business system.
- Work with our manufacturing teams, development resources and software vendors to resolve issues and/or drive enhancements across the organization.
- Support interfaces between our Amtech business system and our SAP financial system.
