Business Systems Analyst – Digital is an important role within the Information Technology Services department partnering with Digital Services, Contact Center, Digital Experience, and Development Operations. This role provides operational support to the end users through troubleshooting issues, gathering requirements, and coordinating system changes and updates. This role ensures that technology solutions align with credit union policies while providing positive experiences for the members and employees.
