About The Position

Overview The Senior Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Digital Platforms is part of the Wealth Digital Team, primarily supporting the Advisor Platform and related digital capabilities, with additional support for securities‑based lending platforms. This role partners closely across Wealth Technology and Enterprise teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high‑quality solutions that support advisors and clients. This position operates in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment, working with product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams throughout the full solution lifecycle. In addition to initiative delivery, the role plays an active part in production support, including on‑call rotation, incident management, and continuous improvement of resiliency and monitoring capabilities.

Requirements

  • Combined minimum of 8 years' combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics/systems development experience
  • Leading analysis and delivery for complex, technology‑driven initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Defining clear, complete, and testable functional requirements that support scalable digital solutions
  • Coordinating testing strategies across multiple systems, including manual and automated testing approaches
  • Supporting and contributing to test automation efforts using tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, or similar frameworks
  • Using or quickly learning Zephyr or comparable test management tools to create, execute, and report on test cases within Jira
  • Understanding and supporting enterprise workload automation (e.g., Automic) and/or ETL and data integration processes
  • Partnering closely with engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the full solution lifecycle
  • Participating in production support, incident management, and resiliency initiatives
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading multiple components of complex, cross‑functional initiatives
  • Experience supporting technology‑driven or software engineering initiatives
  • Experience in production support environments, including incident management and escalation coordination
  • Experience supporting cloud migration initiatives (on‑premise to cloud)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Functional Design Lead analysis and documentation of complex business and functional requirements
  • Develop functional specifications, data mappings, and design artifacts to support development and testing
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with end-user needs and product objectives
  • Serve as subject matter expert for supported applications and business processes
  • Testing & Quality Assurance Define and coordinate test strategies, plans, scripts, and execution for complex initiatives
  • Serve as Test Coordinator for large, multi‑system programs as needed
  • Validate that solutions meet functional, performance, and regulatory requirements
  • Track and support resolution of defects, issues, and implementation questions
  • Support test automation efforts using Cucumber, Selenium, or similar tools
  • Utilize test management and tracking tools (e.g., Zephyr) to manage and report on test execution
  • Project Leadership & Delivery Facilitate project meetings and communicate outcomes and action items
  • Provide delivery estimates, timelines, and milestone tracking
  • Manage scope, dependencies, and change requests
  • Support post‑implementation activities including issue resolution and stakeholder feedback
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement Act as primary functional liaison between business and technology teams
  • Communicate requirements and impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Advise stakeholders on enterprise initiatives, platform changes, and regulatory impacts
  • Risk, Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to corporate technology standards and risk policies
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation
  • Identify and escalate risks in alignment with the company’s risk framework
  • Operational Support & Resiliency Participate in on-call rotation and production incident management
  • Coordinate incident response, escalation, and follow-through
  • Support platform resiliency, monitoring, and stability initiatives
  • Support enterprise workload automation and/or ETL data integration processes
  • Mentorship & Organizational Contribution Mentor and support less experienced team members
  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to broader team and organizational initiatives
