As a Business System Analyst Consultant within PNC's Lending Technology, Cred Card Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. Looking for a BSA (Business Systems Analyst) to support our team in working with our business to gather requirements, help with high level data research, design solutioning, and Jira Agile story creation needed by our development team. The chosen candidate should have experience/skills in the following areas, some must-haves some nice-to-haves: • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Capable of breaking down complex processes • Ability to articulate the differences between what, why, and how a given process works • Analysis skills, ability to run queries against SQL type tables and search files • Experience writing technical requirements, proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio for creating requirements and high-level design docs/job/data • Some coding/development past experience or training is a plus o this is a Business SYSTEMS Analyst position, not a Business Analyst position. o Looking for someone with enough technical skills to do some data analysis, o be comfortable troubleshooting problems, o not afraid to learn new technologies in order to follow job flows, dependencies, review code at a high level to understand dependencies between systems, etc. • Full Stack BSA who can understand processes from end to end is a plus • Experience on multiple platforms is ideal, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies • Mainframe experience is a BIG plus • Knowledge of Confluence and SharePoint would be beneficial • Experience with Jira and working on an Agile Scrum Crew would also be beneficial Job Profile • The candidate should feel comfortable working as part of a diverse team of professionals across several locations, working and communicating in a dynamically changing environment. • Helps lead and coordinates complicated development activities – analysis, plan, high-level technical design, understand the business functions of the system enough to assist with test validation, implement, and document application solutions (SDLC) • Ability to work with cross-functional application teams • Ability to quickly learn and understand the supported business processes. • Credit Card subject matter expertise is a plus • Ability to effectively present and communicate information both written & verbal to business and technical groups • Ability to manage and report progress on many concurrent activities • Analysis features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and the compatibility of new programs with existing programs
