The Business Systems Analyst (BSA), CIAM plays a critical role in enabling secure, scalable, and high‑quality customer identity experiences across IDEXX’s customer‑facing platforms. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and Information Security teams to translate CIAM strategy and architecture into clear, detailed, and testable system requirements, while also establishing and owning quality practices across the delivery lifecycle. This position blends deep systems analysis expertise with a hands‑on Quality Engineering (QE) mindset, ensuring CIAM solutions are not only well designed, but also thoroughly validated, resilient, and production‑ready.
