About The Position

The Business Support role plays a key part in enabling MCA’s commercial success. This position provides comprehensive customer service, sales, and logistics support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination across internal teams, customers, and vendors.

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Plans and Financial Objectives
  • Adhere to the Mid-Term Plan (MTP) and approved budget
  • Assist with follow-up and collection of delinquent accounts
  • Make decisions within authorized areas and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Coordinate Shipments and Logistics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders on customs documentation
  • Prepare and distribute Certificates of Analysis
  • Prepare and manage all shipment-related documentation
  • Communicate shipping schedules between vendors and customers
  • Track shipments, provide delivery updates, and follow up on delivery status
  • Process returned products and ensure timely delivery of samples
  • Process Sales Transactions
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Issue, process, and record purchase orders in required systems
  • Maintain customer information and manage pending orders
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with vendors
  • Post purchase order receipts and review vendor invoices for Accounting
  • Prepare and process customer invoices
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports as requested
  • Deliver High-Quality Customer Service
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Investigate and resolve shipping-related issues
  • Coordinate with MCA Logistics to trace shipments and relay updates
  • Proactively inform customers of delays and take corrective action as needed
  • Support Sales and Marketing Activities
  • Prepare pricing, sample, and related documentation under supervisor guidance
  • Communicate with suppliers, including MCI and affiliated companies
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing management, including coverage during absences
  • Perform Administrative and Compliance Duties
  • Notify the IS Manager of new products, vendors, and customers for system registration
  • Follow MCA’s Regulatory Compliance Manual to ensure product compliance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
