Job Description: This job is responsible for managing the coordination and delivery of diverse administrative functions for a department or line of business. Key responsibilities include acting as a central point of contact for senior leadership routines and activities, financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, associate training, service quality, process improvements, business continuity, and communications. Job expectations include interacting with a wide variety of business partners to deliver strategic work efforts to ensure tactical priorities are met. Within Consumer Technology , the Business Support Manager (BSM) will enable business operations and planning, including, activities and routines to support financial management, workforce and resource management, portfolio oversight, executive leadership routines, communications, employee engagement, workspace governance and organizational health. The successful candidate must be able to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, enthusiastically adjusting to changing demands and moving with a sense of urgency. Role requires an ability to quickly understand the environment and connect the dots to optimize the business and employee experience.
