As Business Support Lead, you’ll operate as the key business support interface across Elimini. Key responsibilities include: Providing executive assistance and administrative support to the Elimini Senior Leadership Team based in the US which includes managing diaries and inboxes, handling travel arrangements and creating expense reports. Creating meeting materials and presentations for both internal and external meetings. Working closely with the Drax Facilities and IT team and landlord to ensure the smooth operation of the Houston office. Performing HR administration tasks for colleagues located in the US. Undertaking projects for the Elimini Senior Leadership Team based in the US to support the strategic agenda, tracking actions and providing regular on progress. Domestic and international travel may be required occasionally. Please note that we’re unable to provide relocation support for this role.
