About The Position

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support strategic business initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-level guidance on business operations, industry trends, and organizational strategy while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. As a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for providing expert-level insight into business strategy, operations, and market dynamics, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving informed decision-making and business solutions across the organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role as a Business SME or similar position.
Extensive knowledge of core business functions, including finance, marketing, operations, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of driving business initiatives and projects.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing consulting services to governmental entities in a relevant technology or specialized field.
Relevant professional certifications such as Six Sigma or Project Management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and strategic discussions.
